Pakistan-U.S. Diplomatic Talks Focus on Regional Stability and Cooperation
ISLAMABAD: Natalie A. Baker called on Mohammad Ishaq Dar to discuss the evolving regional situation and the broader Pakistan–United States bilateral relationship.
According to a statement issued by Foreign Affairs ,During the meeting, Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Senator Ishaq Dar highlighted Pakistan’s constructive role in facilitating communication between the United States and Iran. He expressed hope that ongoing diplomatic engagements would contribute to lasting peace and stability in the region and beyond.
The two sides also discussed humanitarian cooperation, with Senator Dar appreciating ongoing U.S. assistance in the repatriation of Pakistani and Iranian seafarers through Singapore.
The meeting reflected continued diplomatic engagement between Pakistan and the United States on regional peace, cooperation, and humanitarian matters.
