Saudi Arabia Launches Fresh Artillery, Missile Attacks on Yemen’s Saada Province
News sources reported that Saudi Arabia has again attacked Yemeni border areas.
TEHRAN: Saudi Arabia has once again targeted Yemeni border areas with artillery and missile attacks, according to reports from Yemen.
Al-Masirah reported that the Bani Sayyah area and surrounding villages in Razih district of Saada province came under Saudi attacks. The latest strikes mark another escalation along the Saudi-Yemeni border.
According to the report, Saudi forces had also shelled border areas of Saada province with artillery a day earlier. Those attacks were reportedly followed by a response from Ansarullah forces.
The renewed exchanges of fire highlight continuing tensions along the Yemen-Saudi border despite efforts to reduce hostilities in the wider conflict.
Further details regarding casualties or damage caused by the latest attacks were not immediately available.
