Pakistan, EU Discuss Regional Developments; Reaffirm Support for Diplomacy and Peace
Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Mohammad Ishaq Dar held a conversation today with Kaja Kallas, the European Union’s High Representative/Vice President, to discuss the latest regional developments.
During the discussion, Dar emphasized Pakistan’s continued commitment to promoting dialogue and diplomacy as key tools for achieving lasting peace in the region.
Kallas appreciated his efforts and acknowledged Pakistan’s constructive role in creating opportunities for diplomatic engagement, including helping secure an initial ceasefire between the concerned parties. She also reaffirmed the European Union’s full support for Pakistan in these efforts.
