Two Terrorists Linked to Fitna al-Hindustan Killed in Washuk Operation
ISLAMABAD: Security forces killed two terrorists affiliated with Fitna al-Hindustan during an intelligence-based operation in Washuk district of Balochistan, security sources said.
According to the sources, the operation was conducted in the Palantak area of Washuk as part of ongoing efforts under Operation Rad-ul-Fitna to eliminate terrorist elements operating in the province.
The two terrorists were reportedly involved in attacks on the Mashkel Police Station and Customs House, the sources said.
During the operation, security forces destroyed the terrorists’ vehicle and recovered weapons and ammunition from their possession.
Security sources said the recovered arms and ammunition were intended to be used in target killings of unarmed Baloch civilians and for carrying out other terrorist activities in the province.
The successful operation is part of continued intelligence-based efforts by security forces to disrupt terrorist networks and prevent planned attacks in Balochistan.
Security forces remain committed to eliminating terrorist elements and ensuring peace and stability in the province, the sources added.
