ISLAMABAD:  Pakistan’s Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister, Ishaq Dar, held a significant telephonic conversation today with the Secretary-General of the United Nations, António Guterres, focusing on evolving regional dynamics and Islamabad’s ongoing diplomatic outreach.
