Islamabad(news pulse) Pakistan U/23 Men Volleyball team defeated Australia with a set score of 3-0.The points were 29-27, 25-23, 25-21. Pakistan stands at rank 1 in group E, and shall tomorrow play against team at rank 4 of group F. The winners of tomorrow shall play semi finals. In today’s match all boys played good game, however, Setter Hamid, Usman Faryad and Murad Khan played outstanding. Australia team was very tall and physically strong but our boys gave good account of themselves and overcame Australian attack.
In other matches, INDIA defeated Kazakhstan and Japan defeated China. Pakistan shall be playing against Kazakhstan or China tomorrow but it will be decided after today’s match between these 2 teams.
