The ranking reflects growing travel access for Pakistani citizens worldwide.<\/p>\n<h5 data-start=\"469\" data-end=\"527\"><strong data-start=\"473\" data-end=\"525\">Access to 31 Countries without Pre-Arranged Visa<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p data-start=\"528\" data-end=\"846\">The index, compiled by London-based Henley &amp; Partners using data from the International Air Transport Association, shows that Pakistani passport holders now enjoy visa-free, visa-on-arrival, or electronic travel authorization access to 31 destinations across Asia, Africa, the Caribbean, and Oceania.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"848\" data-end=\"1068\">Countries accessible without advance visas include Caribbean nations like Barbados and Dominica, African states such as Rwanda and Senegal, and South Pacific islands including Vanuatu and Samoa.<\/p>\n<h5 data-start=\"1070\" data-end=\"1115\"><strong data-start=\"1074\" data-end=\"1113\">Government Welcomes the Improvement<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p data-start=\"1116\" data-end=\"1188\">Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi praised the rise, tweeting:<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1191\" data-end=\"1321\">\u201cPakistan\u2019s passport ranking improving from 126th to 98th is a strong achievement, and this momentum will continue, InshaAllah.\u201d<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1323\" data-end=\"1464\">The ranking marks a notable improvement from last year\u2019s <strong data-start=\"1380\" data-end=\"1398\">103rd position<\/strong>, reflecting gradual diplomatic gains and new visa arrangements.<\/p>\n<h5 data-start=\"1466\" data-end=\"1527\"><strong data-start=\"1470\" data-end=\"1525\">Pakistan Still Among the Weakest Passports Globally<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p data-start=\"1528\" data-end=\"1840\">Despite the rise, Pakistan\u2019s passport remains <strong data-start=\"1574\" data-end=\"1593\">r<\/strong>elatively weak, tied with Yemen at 98th and slightly ahead of Iraq (99), Syria (100), and Afghanistan (101).
