Joe Biden to visit Israel and as Jordan Gaza faces humanitarian catastrophe
President Joe Biden will travel to Israel and on to Jordan Wednesday to meet with both Israel and Arab leadership, as concerns increase that th raging Israel-Hamas war could expand into a larger regional conflict.
After visiting Israel, Biden travel to Jordan to meet King Abdullah, Egyptian President Abdel Fattah el-SiSi and Palestinian Authority President Mahmod Abbas, US national security spokesperson John Kirby said.
According to AP that U.S. Secretary Antony Blinken announced’s Joe Biden’s travel to Israel as the humanitarian situation in the Gaza Strip grows more dire and as Israel prepare for a possible ground attack on the 141-square-mile (365-square-kilomete) territory to root lethal assault against Jews since the Holocaust.
