MOSCOW: (News Pulse/monitoring desk) Pakistan achieved a massive success on the diplomatic platform when India’s close Ally Russia’s Permanent Representative to the United Nations, Vasily Alekseevich Nebenzya said that India can hold talks prior to the session, but Russia would not stand against UNSC’s resolve.

Earlier, Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi had inked a letter to UN, requesting the UN Security Council to meet over India abolishing Kashmir’s special autonomous status.
